To ensure high standards of cleanliness and comfort for all guests, a fixed fee of €100 per stay applies, whether for short or extended stays. This fee covers the sanitisation and thorough cleaning of the room at the end of your stay.

Should a room not authorised for pets be booked and the presence of a pet subsequently be reported, the hotel reserves the right to change the booked accommodation or adjust the stay, applying any additional costs.
